Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

www.mangalmayvastu.com is committed to providing high-quality divine and vastu products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in original packaging.

Terms & Conditions

  • All returns/refunds related to damage, defect, quantity mismatch, or description mismatch must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product should be tested only once and must not be used regularly.
  • Providing clear supporting evidence (images/videos) is mandatory for return approval.
  • All refunds/replacements will be processed only after the product is received back and passes quality inspection.
  • Any product showing signs of misuse, improper handling, physical damage, missing parts, accessories, or damaged packaging will not be eligible for return/refund and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Returns requested due to change of mind or dislike of the product, despite accurate description, will not be accepted.
  • Products priced below ₹499/- are not eligible for return/refund.
  • In case of empty package or missing item, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, failing which the claim may be rejected.

Spiritual Product Disclaimer (Important)

Products sold by Mangalmay Vastu are based on traditional vastu and spiritual beliefs.
Returns will not be accepted on the basis of non-performance of spiritual or expected personal outcomes.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after successful inspection.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

Kindly ensure that the product is securely packed and include a copy of the original invoice in the return package.

Final Decision Clause

Mangalmay Vastu reserves the right to accept or reject any return/refund request on a case-by-case basis, depending on the evidence provided and internal quality checks.
